The summary conference for the LIFE project took place from September 17-19, 2024. Although the project will continue until the end of the year, we were proud to share the results of our work so far. Most of the strategic tasks planned in the project have already been completed, making it a perfect opportunity to summarize the key achievements and outline the next steps for the final stage of its implementation. All participants had the chance to learn about examples of best practices and the challenges encountered during the project’s execution.

Intensive preparations are underway for the conference summarizing the LIFE21-GIE-PL-INF-ARMY project! We eagerly await the arrival of our distinguished guests to showcase our achievements and share the results of our work. This is a unique opportunity to discuss the protection of Natura 2000 sites on military grounds. We look forward to inspiring discussions and the exchange of experiences!

From August 6-9, 2024, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management conducted an inspection regarding our agreement funded by national resources. The inspection focused, among other things, on the compliance of the project's actual progress with the terms of the funding agreement.

The inspection went very well; the project's implementation was evaluated without any comments or recommendations.

As part of activity T.3.3 Dissemination of Project Information in the Media and Press, from June 19-21, 2024, we had the opportunity to film a television report about the Project.

From June 17-19, 2024, we were guests of the Regional Board of Infrastructure in Lublin, where during the Environmental Protection Section training, we had the opportunity to promote our project. Thank you for the invitation.

The INF ARMY team was pleased to participate in the "Settlement and Training Meeting for Infrastructure Chief of the Armed Forces Support Inspectorate" held in Mielno from June 3rd to 6th, 2024.

During a joint panel for environmental protection representatives and property maintenance technicians, we had the opportunity to present a presentation on the possibilities of obtaining financial resources from outside the Ministry of National Defense for PJB.

We would like to thank the organizers for making it possible to present this topic to such a large audience.

Once again, on May 16, 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in the LIFE Information Days organized by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw. This event was an opportunity to summarize the 15th anniversary of NFOŚiGW's involvement and to trace the history of the LIFE Programme in Poland.

The event also provided an opportunity to establish contacts with potential partners for future LIFE projects.

On May 15-16, 2024, as part of networking with other LIFE projects, a meeting took place between the LIFE21-GIE-PL-INF-ARMY project and the integrated "Naturalit" project from Lithuania.

From May 13 to 15, 2024, a representative of the European Commission - the technical officer of the project and the project monitor conducted an inspection of the results of Project LIFE21-GIE-PL-INF-ARMY. The inspection began at the Ministry of National Defense in the Infrastructure Department and then moved to the project coordinator in Krakow. The visit was aimed at checking the progress of the implemented project tasks and discussing and clarifying any unresolved technical and financial issues.
